When you hear court grants bail to a person,some people thinks the person has been freed.
Some bail conditions are so difficult to meet and the accused continue to remain at detention until the requirements are met. Bello case is a hard nut to crack. Even the notable people he knows had refused to stand as sureties . Who wan loose?
