It is a tax that should compensate whoever shoulders the burden of production or value-addition. It will be harsh to allow Lagos poach investors, create enabling environment, lost their land, culture, values to foreigners, suffer environmental degradation, provide supporting infrastructure like road, power, security and more, then you treat them equal with where the good are consumed because the textbook says VAT is a consumption (based) tax. It is collected from the consumer for consuming the value added unto the raw input but never meant for the consumer or her location.

It is like saying tolls collected in Kano for a road should go to Lagos or Rivers because the final destination of some of the passengers include Lagos and Rivers. The road is a service and is provided by Kano so why reward the destination of the passenger? What about passengers who end up in Ghana or Cameroon?

If we use this logic of the foolish and greedy RMAFC boss, states may be forced to collect it forcefully like that of a tolled road that serves interstate traffic and there will be chaos and rip offs because they will charge far higher than the flat rate FG is enforcing.

VAT is best managed centrally and redistributed to whoever is absorbing the impact of the value-addition within the value-addition chain accordingly. If nigeria must grow to become a hub where thing are manufactured and sold all over west Africa, this bill is good for rewarding value-adding states.

That’s not how air defense works, the only coordinate you can get like that would be that of the launchers not the radar or control systems.

Israel knew before hand where the radar are location and targeted just that. And Iran managed to intercept most of the projectiles.

Now can Israel do more damage to Iran? Yes they have that capability.

Can Iran retaliate in like kind, yes they also have that capability.

Bottom line is that both countries are not ready to confront each other in an all-out way, hence the reason they are both causing minimal damage to each other.

The US is also not interested in an all out war right now, nor does Israel and Iran want one.

I beg to differ that Iran doesn't have this kind of capability apart from long range missile attacks.
Note... Israeli air force took out all of Iranian drones outside of Israeli air space in their first direct attack on Israel.
Israel and it ally will detect Iranian aircrafts immediately they left the Iranian air space and Ambush will set for them.
Another reason is that Iran doesn't have air refueling tankers to support long range air attack like this. Iran jets have very short range distances to travel.

The iron dome is cheap cheap air defense system built purposely to counter Hamas and Hezbollah low cost rockets. It has limited range and capabilities.

In a a nut shell, the iron dome is not an anti ballistic defense system. The Iranian understand that that is why it opted for an all out ballistic missile attack in their last Israeli attack.

Ordinary Russian people don't support or care about the war, that is why it is popularly called the PUTIN war. Motivation is vary low among Russian soldiers. Just look at how they are surrendering en masse.

I don't know what magic you are waiting for from Russia but Russia has already played/Used most of it decisive card in this war already. It only remains the use of nuclear weapons.
I will place my bet more on Ukraine to be more decisive in this war than Russia henceforth. Ukraine is yet to receive/access some advanced and long rang weapon from the west. What will happen if the west start delivering some of this weapons to Ukraine?
