Hello Nairaland Fam

Let’s be honest, renting or buying a house in Nigeria can be a nightmare. You call an agent, they show you nice pictures, then you spend money on transport only to find out the house doesn’t even exist.
Or worse, the “agent” disappears after collecting inspection fees

That’s why I want to share something new that’s changing the game - Expertlisting.ng

What’s Expertlisting?

Expertlisting is a proptech platform that lets you rent or buy houses without an agent.
Every listing is verified with real pictures, real owners, and real locations.

You can check the exact location of a property before visiting and even talk directly to the landlord or developer.
No middleman. No fake agent.

Why It’s a Big Deal

You save money: no more paying inspection or agent fees.
You save time: view verified listings online before you visit.
You stay safe: all listings are confirmed by the platform team.

Whether you’re renting your first apartment or buying your dream house, Expertlisting helps you do it confidently.

Landlords and Developers Can Also List

If you’re a landlord or developer, you can list your property too.
Your listing gets verified and reaches real buyers and tenants who are actually searching — not random browsers.
