BMW continues to develop a new flagship crossover: “ordinary” roof and three rows of seats

The Bavarian manufacturer is gearing up for the next SUV, the X8. It is expected to hit the market at the end of 2021.

Rumors of a new flagship crossover in the BMW lineup emerged after the X7 iPerformance show car was unveiled at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. There is still no official confirmation, but it is expected that the new product will be a crossover named X8, because in the current X-line there is a SUV with numbers from 1 to 7. It is also assumed that the model will have a full-fledged “hot” version with an increase in the form the letters M (all crossovers of the brand have them, except for the X1).

Back in the spring of this year, information about the names of new products was indirectly confirmed by an application that the Bavarian manufacturer filed with the German patent office: we are talking about the right to a new trademark – X8 M. It is assumed that the “ordinary” X8 will be released at the end of next year, and its »Version will appear in 2022.

Jeep Compass 2011 is a cheap practical car with a good level of passing and elevated comfort in the cabin

Waiting for Apple to crash: iPhone maker will flood the world with electric cars

Taiwan’s Foxconn Technology Group has unveiled its own open source MIH electric vehicle platform. New models from Yulon Motor (owner of the infamous Luxgen brand) will be the first to try it on, but in the future, every tenth electric car in the world will have the MIH platform – at least Foxconn management counts on this.

Foxconn is the main assembler of the legendary iPhones of Apple, just not everyone knows that Apple itself does not produce anything, but orders components and assembly from contractors. Judging by the overwhelming criticism of the recently introduced iPhone 12, Foxconn’s smartphone capacities may not be fully loaded in the future, but the Taiwanese company is already on the path of diversification and spoke about its Napoleonic plans in the auto business.

Last Friday, Foxconn Technology Group showed the world its own modular electric vehicle platform MIH (the manufacturer did not tell how this abbreviation stands), which it intends to sell to everyone, and the first named client was the Taiwanese company Yulon Motor. There are other customers, but Foxconn does not want to disclose their names yet, although at the beginning of the year Reuters announced the intention of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to create a joint venture with Foxconn for the production of electric vehicles.

Shipping process guide

At the start of the shipping process with Auction Export, a filled out release (consignee) form is required to be uploaded or emailed by the client. The consignee information which is provided in the release form will be submitted to the shipping line and the vehicle will be released at the destination port to the person whose information appears on the form.

We will upload a dock receipt to your profile. This temporary document signifies that the car has been booked to sail on a particular vessel. A car cannot enter a port without this document. Once delivered to the port, the information on the dock receipt (such as the vessel name, date of departure and date of arrival) are subject to change at the shipping line’s discretion. The actual loading time depends on how fast the car clears Customs, the congestion at the terminal, as well as other factors. The average time from arrival at the exit port to loading is around 3 weeks.

ACL Grimaldi is the shipping line we use most often for RORO transport to Nigeria. Their terminals can be found at all major US East Coast ports. Customs clearance at these ports can take anywhere from a few days to 1 month. After your vehicle has loaded, ACL Grimaldi notifies us of the vessel name and the estimated time of arrival to the destination. As soon as we have this confirmation, we will notify you by email and change the vehicle status in your profile.

Once the vessel sets sail from the US, ACL Grimaldi will issue the original bill of lading and send it to our office. If the title has been returned by US Customs, the title will be included along with the bill of lading. If not, the title will be sent at a later date. As soon as we receive the documents at our office, we will upload a copy of the original bill of lading to your profile and send the documents via DHL to the mailing address from your consignee form. If there is an outstanding balance on the vehicle, we will keep the documents in our office until the payment is made.

Taiwan’s Foxconn Technology Group has unveiled its own open source MIH electric vehicle platform. New models from Yulon Motor (owner of the infamous Luxgen brand) will be the first to try it on, but in the future, every tenth electric car in the world will have the MIH platform – at least Foxconn management counts on this.

Foxconn is the main assembler of the legendary iPhones of Apple, just not everyone knows that Apple itself does not produce anything, but orders components and assembly from contractors. Judging by the overwhelming criticism of the recently introduced iPhone 12, Foxconn’s smartphone capacities may not be fully loaded in the future, but the Taiwanese company is already on the path of diversification and spoke about its Napoleonic plans in the auto business.

Last Friday, Foxconn Technology Group showed the world its own modular electric vehicle platform MIH (the manufacturer did not tell how this abbreviation stands), which it intends to sell to everyone, and the first named client was the Taiwanese company Yulon Motor. There are other customers, but Foxconn does not want to disclose their names yet, although at the beginning of the year Reuters announced the intention of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to create a joint venture with Foxconn for the production of electric vehicles.

Shipping process guide.

At the start of the shipping process with Auction Export, a filled out release (consignee) form is required to be uploaded or emailed by the client. The consignee information which is provided in the release form will be submitted to the shipping line and the vehicle will be released at the destination port to the person whose information appears on the form.

We will upload a dock receipt to your profile. This temporary document signifies that the car has been booked to sail on a particular vessel. A car cannot enter a port without this document. Once delivered to the port, the information on the dock receipt (such as the vessel name, date of departure and date of arrival) are subject to change at the shipping line’s discretion. The actual loading time depends on how fast the car clears Customs, the congestion at the terminal, as well as other factors. The average time from arrival at the exit port to loading is around 3 weeks.

ACL Grimaldi is the shipping line we use most often for RORO transport to Nigeria. Their terminals can be found at all major US East Coast ports. Customs clearance at these ports can take anywhere from a few days to 1 month. Next-generation Chevrolet Equinox crossover will move to another platform

Chevrolet has been producing the Equinox crossover since 2004, and since then the model has managed to change three generations. Sales of the current generation of the SUV started in the American market at the beginning of 2017.
