DBS is around the city centre, you can get any bus in Dublin to city centre, and take a walk to DBS. But most people prefer to live around south Dublin, although rent can be expensive.

If you’re coming new and don’t have option, you can get somewhere even in north Dublin to at least settle in. Honestly getting an apartment can be difficult.

I think dbs is in D2, please for someone applying for dbs, Dublin Business School, is it advisable to look for accommodation in south of Dublin considering distance.

Getting someone to share shouldn’t be an issue. Housing a Dublin is indeed tough and expensive. Also you need look at where in Dublin you would like to live- south or north Dublin. Most people prefer the south Dublin, although some areas in south Dublin are very expensive.

There is a housing group for people in Dublin, I can send you the WhatsApp link. If from Nigeria and you’re able to secure an appointment to view an apartment in Dublin, I would say you’re lucky.

Again, getting someone to share a two bedroom en-suite apartment shouldn’t be an issue depending on the area of Dublin and cost.

Let me know if you’ve secured a viewing appointment in Dublin, most especially south Dublin. I would advise you to narrow your search if you want to live in south Dublin to D14,16,18,22,24. Except you have enough money, you can look around D2,4,6,8.

I wrote ielts, though I have a friend who did duolingo, it's quite cheaper compared to ielts. For insurance, yes, I bought insurance. It's one of the criteria before applying for the visa

Yes, I have. I paid about 92k for visa application at the center, then plus other charges like courier services and vfs fees. Though this depends on how much u paid online, if I am to calculate all expenses including online service charges, it amounted to over 200k in total.

I will be printing my statement of account this week to submit at the visa office, hence my concern of asking if it will back fire, bcz it's the same money in the account that i want to use for the edubond.

Edubond is not a must. But I will tell you that it's a plus!!, As I personally used it as well back then. Even though I knew people who didn't use it and they got visa easily.. edubond cant in any way back fire your application lol.
