It's apparent fact that the Nigerian police is bedeviled by corruption, and incessant rascality which raises disturbing questions regarding its acclaimed ethics and professionalism. The Nigerian police are now the greatest threat to freedom, security and democracy, and the biggest problem of an average person in 21st century Nigeria that one is left but pondering on the kind of training, and orientation they're exposed to. This is more puzzling when one reflects on the fact that this uniform men are tasked with the responsibility of safeguarding the lives, freedom, and security of Nigerians. Here is Sunday Nwaeze, a Nigerian police man whose rank I don't know, but who is bent on inflicting misery on any Nigerian who may have made the mistake of owning a motorcycle. This man, and his gang, is notorious between Uburu - Mpu expressway, a minute to 2minutes drive after the home of the governor of Ebonyi state, Eng. David Nwaeze Umahi, in Ohaozara LGA.. The infamous act of this officer is known to every Okada rider who passes this route. While riding with my uncle this morning, not familiar with this officer, we were stopped by his gang while they demanded #200 before we could pass. We hesitated a bit, but on a second thought, we were only going to miss our engagement. We paid the fee, but not without capturing his face with our mobile. On further investigation, I discovered that the man and his gang has been terrorizing poor okada riders within this area, charging them a minimum of #150 for a pass. His name, Sunday Nwaeze, is boldly written on his uniform. We may not have the power to change the world, to fight an armed - corrupt uniform men, but we can speak up and tell the world about an injustice.. Let's never make the mistake of being silent.... Click on share and make the crime of this man get to the authorities. By doing so, you will be doing justice to the poor, hustling Okada riders who are being deprived of their hard work, and are the victims of unguarded corruption from our uniform men
