Nairaland GeneralUnfair Power Supply In Owerri by ezeukwu1(op):
True, the power supply in owerri has improved, but the unfair way it is distributed is appalling.

Imagine being in your building with your generator on and ur next street neighbours have power supply week in week out. That is the case of residents of some part in Okigwe road in Owerri (btw eferenkuwa and hardel junction); while residents around this area have power supply.

Just last week, the EEDC staff came by and we complained to him, but he was nonchalant abt it. Come month end they will come to disconnet whr light has never been stable for 10 minutes/day.

I am reminded of my stay in lasgidi wen ur next door neighbour has power supply n u dont. u keep looking out the window every nw n then wishing the light would go off so every1 will be in the same boat.

FamilyCourt Dissolves Marriage Over HIV Positive Wife by ezeukwu1(op): 3:47pm On Feb 18, 2017
A Jikwoyi Customary Court, Abuja, on Friday dissolved the marriage between Joseph Danjuma, a farmer, and his HIV positive wife who insists her husband have intercourse with her without using condom.

The Presiding Judge, Everyman Eleanya, who ordered the dissolution of the marriage, said that the court had done everything possible to reconcile the parties. “ The court did everything possible to reconcile the couple but all efforts failed.’’

Eleanya dissolved the marriage and ordered that the bride price be returned to the husband. Earlier, Danjuma had told the court that he still loved his wife even with the HIV. “My wife got pregnant and put to bed in 2012; the child got terribly ill and died. “Due to the ailment and death of the child, I insisted that my wife be tested of HIV, which the doctor did and she tested positive. “Because I still loved my wife, we used condom as a means of protection during sexual intercourse. “But as time went on, she refused me using condom on her, and insisted on intercourse without condom,” he narrated.

The respondent, who admitted being HIV positive, consented to the dissolution of the marriage, adding that she was tired of the marriage.

The uproar about MMM seem to have died down. We all can recall, not so long ago, how bloggers became experts at predicting MMM ( perhaps, they should try any of the betting shops to predict any match). It was as if everyone had a death wish on MMM including our own lalasticala (no offence meant); bloggers raked in more money than they expected. There are a million and one ponzi schemes out there but what do we hear or read? NOTHING! I guess it's true the saying that when you are in front expect to get kicked in thebutt.
To those who have given up i say DON'T! Keep your hope alive. The system can't crash save we say so. PH to GH. I have been match to get paid. See screen shot
