calabar and jos would have been there but loss of oil status for cross river state leading to low commercial activities and destitutes in calabar while insurgency dealth once peaceful jos a blow making it insecure and ultimately reducing its liveability.

Anyone following current trends will notice these new generation/ emmerging ones
