You are dame right, part of the big blunder LP made was not having polling agents in most of the polling units, I can speak for my area, they did not have, and 2 of my friends too said same in this Lagos, not to talk of other remote areas,I raised this problem before the elections and people said they have over 200k agents LP+ADC combined, all this are paper work.
