Click on browse, it will take you to the documents (Image) you want to compress, then click optimize photo.

It will automatically compress/reduce the picture, then click on it and save it on your system or phone.

Generally, there are issues with Documents session. Try it back in the night and see.

I don't think that is why your application was not successful. Even if you use fake certificate, it will be successful just that you may be later screened out on screening begins.

I don't why many are in hurry to submit their applications when they know that there is issues.

If you are stucked at the Document stage, do not submit until you are able to upload all the documents successfully.

Just take your time before you submit the application.

Your documents to be uploaded must not pass 200kb, so be aware of that and your CV must be in PDF format as well.

what is the rush submitting your Applications when you know there may be some hitch along the line.

The site just came online and you know there will be some adjustments to be made on the site.

For those seeing two or three documents to upload instead of seven, pls i beg you in God's name, don't submit yet. Moreover the application just begin. Keep refreshing, and also go back to your application and check if there are errors. Sometimes error do make it shows that you can only upload the two/three documents alone.

Make sure that all documents are uploaded and all requirements are met before you submit.

Even if you don't have NIN yet, go and do it, you have almost 6weeks for this recruitment to end, so why the haste?

Also, get your medical report/certificate at nearest general hospital, it ranges from 1,500 - 2000.

Remember the race is not for those that started well but end well.

So take all the time you need.

Let me chip something for those that doing the application themselves and facing some difficulties for uploading;

Whatever you fill in your application form is what it will be requested for as documents to be uploaded.

If you don't have them as documents, don't bother to fill it.

E. g, if you have professional certification, but you don't have the certificate at hand, don't bother to fill it.

Also, if you are stucked at Waec stage and is showing error, at the school name, do not put any other sign like (, ' &, just type the school name.

Do not let your documents pass 50kb too.

Hi Applicants,

It has been a long time since Federal Government Recruitment Portal will be going successfully from start to finish though many applicants are not aware yet of the ongoing recruitment.

The last time immigration service did recruitment was three years ago (June - July 2017) which i did for applicants too then and luckily, few were choosen without knowing anybody.

Here it is again, same procedure and format;

Make sure all your information and the documents you upload are correct and well dated. After you are done, printout your acknowledgement slip and also save it in pdf format and let it be on your email as draft in case you lose your printout.

I have received countless compliant messages concerning this ongoing INEC applications.
I have lost counts of how many successful applications i did today alone.
So for those having issues, take your time to read this so that you will know how to go about it.

For new application;

Once you register (use Gmail preferably) and you have verify your email. Login into your own profile, first thing to do is choosing the position you want to apply for. If you don't do that, the portal will choose any random position for you and you won't know until you submit.
To choose position, look at the left corner of your screen, you will see the listed menu, click on jobs, then the 3positions will pop up. Read the requirements for each position before you apply for the position you fit in.

Then click apply, it will takes you back to your dashboard to continue your normal application.
Edit all the necessary things before you upload passport. Once you upload it, it won't show immediately, just log out and log in back, then it will come up.

Pls do not generate application number until your passport shows up. Generate application number is submission of your application which can't be edited again.

For those having uploading issues;
Once you upoad your passport, and you have seen that it has upload but not showing, logout and login again, it will come up, then you can submit.

For NYSC number palava;

For the newbies, in any recruitments, if they are asking of NYSC No, they are asking of your certificate numberbwhich always starts with A0 not call up number. Call up number is for school, nobody cares about that, so you must not your NYSC certificate no.

NCE/OND applicant don't need to fill in anything at the NYSC stage.

Most government agencies do verify that Number, that is why they request for it.
The traffic on the site is getting much, so it will slow down the application. The best time is in the night and mid night.
It can be done both on phones and PC with good connections.

Well you can still be called for the screening. They just want to know the authenticity of your certificate. That is all.

So keep your hope alive.

Nothing can be done. For now, you can't edit your infos.

For those of us using NCE OR OND to apply, In the place for NYSC NO. You can choose to put six zeros (000000), but make sure the position your applying for is for ND or NCE
