shocked shocked He had the guts to marry a yamleggr without conducting background checks especially one that relocated from Lagos or any other big city outside of the redmud. Finding one without work history in a brothel or baby factory is very difficult and this is the result.
First time, I will agree with you. How can a lady relocate from Lagos to come and marry you. She is now off to the streets of Lagos grin grin

Sir please how can I be on track?
I’m a fresh graduate but the future looks gloomy.

Can you advise me so me too can be able to build a house in the future?
I totally understand! As a fresh graduate, it's normal to feel uncertain about the future. But don't worry, here are some guidance to help you get on track!

Here are some tips to consider:

1. *Set clear goals*: Define what you want to achieve in the short-term (6-12 months) and long-term (1-5 years). Break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps.
2. *Identify your strengths*: Reflect on your skills, talents, and passions. What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing?
3. *Explore career options*: Research industries and job roles that align with your strengths and interests. Network with professionals in your desired field.
4. *Build a professional online presence*: Create a LinkedIn profile and other social media accounts to showcase your skills and connect with potential employers.
5. *Develop new skills*: Invest in courses, training, or certifications that enhance your employability and career prospects.
6. *Stay positive and proactive*: Focus on what you can control, and take consistent action towards your goals. Celebrate your small wins along the way!
7. *Seek mentorship and support*: Surround yourself with people who encourage and guide you. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Remember, your future is not defined by your current circumstances. You have the power to shape your destiny!

All these houses men dey build, where dem dey get the money from? Hmmm...
This your thinking is a flawed one. That's why you people see men as cashcows... I can tell you for free that in Benin City, women build houses pass men...

If you sell a product or offer a service, you will make money and build house, regardless you're a toddler, a teenager or a lady. Lamine Yamal of Barcelona is just 17yrs old, he recently bought 3 houses, one for his mum, one for his Dad and another one for his grand mother.

So delete that mindset that na men fit get money or build house, hence seeing men and relationships as occupation and only source of survival and ipso facto, if a man no provide, the next thing is to look for another man

olukaygold:
Na before we dey always know the total cost of a building, but now; Cost of materials are increasing everyday. And Govt are not doing anything to curtail this. But to get the nearest total cost of this edifice,it all depending on the type of materials you want to Use i.e
Type of Rebar- tiger, TMT or local bar
Mixing ratio -M10,M15,M20 etc the more the stronger, the more the cement it'd consume.
Ceiling- Pop or cement board, the later is costlier.
Screeding and tiling the Walls, another expenses
Type of Tiles- 60/120,120/240 Spanish tiles, these are costlier than the regular 60/60 were all familiar with
Window:Casement(Tower or imported tick) or frameless. The later is more expensive.
Type of Door- I always proposed Pivot door for both the entrance and family lounge... So with all these differences, You can budget btw 100-120m for ordinary Materials while you budge 200m for imported materials with top notch finishes.
50meter go drop that house for ground

Politics › Re: Anambra: Houses Down, Native Doctors On The Run. Soludo Is Not Smiling! by Faber(m): 11:47pm On Feb 05, 2025
EmeeNaka:
All these started with Nnamdi Kanu deriding Christianity and Christians. In fairness, all the evils going on in Igboland were awakened by Nnamdi Kanu's vociferous inclination to archaic traditional practice. Unfortunately, it emboldened these idiots, who have been laying in wait, to spring up again. They kill people and tag them sit at home defaulters and use them for ritual, they kill their old enemies under the cover of Biafra, to the cheering of idiots and use them for rituals. They kidnap people while pretending to be doing Obala ola or obaratulee or Okeite.
IPOB-ESN brought great curse in Igboland.
Hopefully, Soludo defeats them. They're numerous, but God's willing, we shall overcome.
You captured everything. Our dear lovely Anambra state will return to glory days

The state that produced a Catholic saint ..

The state the welcomed...a Catholic saint, in the person of Pope Saint John Paul II

The state that produced 2 Catholic Cardinals

The state the have the highest number of indigenous Catholic Bishops

The state that have the highest number of Mission schools and Catholic and Anglican priests

The state that have produced politicians of integrity and fear of God like Peter Obi, Late Dora Akunyili, Oby Ezekwesili, Charles Soludo etc,

All of a sudden, idiots from the pit of hell started turning the state to the hub of human parts trafficking, in the name of sourcing materials for native doctors. They started defiling our rivers and water bodies with the blood of innocent and defenseless animals. Telling the youths that the Christian Church and God that have made Anambra people prosperous, no longer exists, yet teaching them greed, kidnapping, human trafficking and all sorts of evil.

Thank you Gov Soludo. You're really the solution to our recent problems as a people. Ride on sir

Elon Reeve Musk

Obama was born an American on US soil. While Musk was born in South Africa. Musk is not an American immediately he was born. And that's the only criteria that can make you qualify to run for American Presidency
