Looking at the text, it appears today's institutions award honours if they find students worthy in learning and have thrown the "character" aspect into their waste bins.

Anyways, that student loan Tinubu is giving students should have legal backing and their names should be properly documented. All of them must pay back the money...even if they run away from the country.
