Tinubu should just order Dangote to start selling in dollars and order the CBN to provide the marketers with the necessary dollars.

Teach your boys gorilla warfare and prepare for the military to be disbanded in the first week of invasion. Prepare to face drones and airstrikes, your only protection is to blend with civilians.
