What do u expect when Police officers are underpaid like a nursery school teacher.

No proper orientation....

No single Human relation management training of any sort.....

These police officers have kids and many mouth to feed.....

I feel pity for them. I dash them money willingly. Hungry with guns..... They deserve a good payment. Let's say cut the salaries of Politicians by 60% and fund security officers and watch Nigeria ridden off this kind of news
If they can't serve, let them buy their own gun and become kidnappers not using tax payers guns to oppress the same tax payers.

FG should rather stop buy expensive cars, building expnesive houses and upgrades, ridicolous allowances should stop and allow states to manage their resources, so that productivity will out play mediocre. Nigeria is sick. What pains me the most is that Nigerians will leave all these problems and be fighting Ghana and South Africans online and be forming giant of Africa. Giant of Africa whose citizens sleep in darkness each night with intensive heats and mosquitoes. Shame! Very useless giant of Africa.
At the end of the day, everyone would provide their own electricity and the useless government would still try to tax it

We had light up till 3pm but it seems they have diverted it to Abuja.

Even mass produced office chair, if you don't have ₦250k, just buy plastic or the lower ₦70 one.

smokinloud:
Come on, mate! You can't seriously think Elon Musk's billions are just speculative, can you? I mean, the bloke's got a net worth estimated by Forbes, and they don't just pluck numbers out of thin air. They've got a solid methodology that takes into account his assets, revenue, and all that jazz.

And yeah, okay, he's got a lot of his wealth tied up in Tesla and SpaceX, but that doesn't mean it's all just hot air. Those companies are worth something, and Musk's stake in them is a big part of his net worth.

And as for Twitter, just because he used debt financing to buy it doesn't mean the asset itself is worthless. That's just how corporate finance works, innit? And the fact that banks are willing to lend him money based on his companies' shares just shows they've got faith in his ability to make it work.

So, let's not be daft, mate. Musk's wealth might be tied to the performance of his companies, but that doesn't mean it's all just speculative nonsense. The bloke's got real assets, and his net worth reflects that.
He does NOT have $400B in raw asset or cash.

Remember there was a time Kanye West was said to be worth $2B he insulted Jews and within 24 hours his net worth was said to be $400m.

Soon after US election Elon gain $200B... You do not believe he sold Tesla's worth 200 billion dollars in one month?

It is speculation based on his 'over hyped shares' and his proximity to Trump.

Hmmm. The funds involved in this is unreal

Most people don’t realise that Nigeria can int generate this money in 3 yrs.

I get angry when I see apes without brains showing money in videos. Burnaboy go dey smoke weed dy throw money

Mtchew if you can show your money then you re broke ape that should cover his face. Elon will need trucks to show his money even if they re in 1000 dollar bills
Elons billions is speculative. What people projects his shares would sell in the future. Even the Twitter he bought, is purely debt. His real asset would be around $50 billion (the other $350b doesn't exist but banks would gladly borrow him based on his companies shares).

Dont talk like that, I strongly believe it was the vote of Nigerians that kicked Jonathan out of presidency

2015 happened a ruling party lose, 2023 who could have thought Tinubu will lose lagos, and Apc lose Abuja

Bro we are eagles manipulated to reason and think of ourselves as chicken ... dont say it impossible lets unite 1st and lets see how Tinubu will force Inec to declare him winner

After losing lagos, did we not see Apc jittery, why sanwo olu go do usher for churches
Tinubu is not Jonathan... But of course keep your hope high. Where there is hope their is life and not everyone is capable to seeing the present reality raw.

PhonesRe: "From 2K To 6K" Trends As Telco Increases Tariff by faceland: 12:44pm On Feb 11, 2025
Me I understand the need for increment as a business (exchange rate and cost of diesel for when their multimillion naira solar panels fails)... However the 200% increment seems wicked (like someone made the decision out of anger to punish the poor).

I would take it as the 80:20 principle. It seems they only care about the 20% of their customers base that gives them 80% of their profit. This is a new trend even in the power sector (with Band A).

The average internet users sometimes don't even have ₦1k cash (especially middle of the month), so this would really cut some people out.
