Please, I need urgent guidance on what to do next. I received an NSF email from UKVI requesting additional documents, which I submitted over two weeks ago. Since then, I’ve received no acknowledgment — no confirmation, no update — and I’ve resent the email multiple times without any response.

I’m genuinely worried and don’t know if I should escalate this.

If making a paid call or sending a paid email to UKVI is the best next step, could anyone kindly guide me through the process — how to go about it, the correct channel, payment method, and what to expect?

I’m honestly very anxious right now. I don’t feel like myself anymore — this situation is really taking a toll. Please, any advice or experience shared would mean a lot to me.

Compliment of the season guys… please I’m graduating my bsc in June in Nigeria but I already applied for advanced diploma for my desired course in Conestoga for September admission. Please do you think I should proceed with the process or just wait and do masters in my current course. And my waec is since 2012
