My father bought the his first land in Lagos in year 2000 for 40k, I mean Lagos ooooo.

I Dey talk posh area as at today standard n I can tell u a plot of land there now is over 35 million n it's solely for those who bought more than a plot then n want to sell now.

To finish 4 flat then u will spend less than 2 million naira cos then block was 90 naira n cement was 400.

One tipper of sand was 4800, I knew all these cos I supervised the project.

Let's say 5 million naira then meaning this guy could build an estate, meaning 20 blocks of 4 flat and still have change of 90 million.

A guy was telling me yesterday how his ex gave him 2 lottery numbers and he won heavily with it.
