I recently saw a documentary on the Discovery Channel.
It showed the process of how new chicks get out-of the egg.

The chick starts to peck at the shell, a little at a time. It takes forever but it keeps working at it and working at it

As I watched I noticed that the mama hen just stood there and watched.

WHY DON'T YOU HELP? I thought, "just kick the stupid egg, let your chick come out then we can get on with the next.
You could have that chick out ine a few seconds".

But at the end of the show they answered my question.
......If the mama hen helped the chick out, it will die.

As its pecking at the that shell, it builds up it's circulation
It increases it's strength
It builds up endurance and courage
It strengthens the muscles that it will need to survive once it is out of the shell.
If the mom helped, it will die.

IMPACT:
We live in a world today that wants to take away everybody's she'll.
We don't want competition
We don't want stress
We don't want to go the odd way
We want an easy life that is devoid of shrinking, challenges.
We don't want to study
We are scared of the crack that should mould us into greatness.
What you don't learn now will be difficult tomorrow
That process may not be the end of your life
Beauty! It's for a purpose and of greatness.
