So after all the poor services I got & having dissatisfied you went to deduct & charge me off (32.08) from the 6500 credited back. For a transaction you confirmed successful which wasn't!! For a transaction that took you 9 days with no immediate resolution!!! LIKE HOW DO YOU THINK!! WHAT A WICKED & FRAUDULENT ACT I'm supposed to be compensated for damages incurred? An electricity bill was paid via your platform on time, the customer got disconnected & was charged a reconnection fee because they discovered the payment didn't reflect. Yet, you still went ahead to debit me.. Please @Nairalanders is this not a rip-off |
@clubkonnect Please Refund back my Money!! It’s almost getting to a week now An electricity bill payment of 6500 was completed on the 11th May 2020. Transaction was confirmed successful only for me to be notified by my customer that EEDC officials who were out for disconnections expressed that payment hasn't been received. Kindly assist resolve this urgently as the above has influenced the reason for customers disconnection and he's seriously irate on me. I have expressed severally on how issues like this impact negatively on us via your platform. Why wasn't I notified that payment wasn't successful? Why must I call after the damage has been done? Who gets to be compensated for such loss? Why wasn't there a reversal or notification to such outcome? I have been clenched on paying the reconnection fee as a lesson to take my customers serious.
