Just a quick one through my wait period. I got married July 2018. Went for scan and they said I had left ovarian dermoid cyst( which must be removed through surgery) and multiple uterine fibroids with the biggest at 6cm.And I noticed I wasn't seeing the EWCM again. I sha continued my life and was praying. Though I work offshores so I was hardly in town(atimes a month out of town, other times 2month). But anytime I saw my period, I would wail. I joined a fertility boost challenge in Nov 2018. They told us to buy fertile aid, royal jelly, baking soda, vit e,d and some other supplements. I was taking them religiously, in dec, I had the ewcm, I was so happy. I and DH turned the house upside down with DTD. I saw my period that month and i wailed again. At a point, I stopped with the royal jelly because it was too expensive and finishes every 15days. I sha continued the EPO and vit e but stopped when it finished. I even bought omodara from this platform. Took it once and I was in severe cramps, I stopped immediately. In May, I met a lady at the airport, we got talking and she talked to me about herbal doctor who gave her herbs for infection and also gave her brother's wife herbs for conception and stuffs. I got interested. I contacted him and he said he was going to do herbs for me for for fibroid,infection and ovarian cyst and the herbs would help me conceive. I paid he sent two bottles with some powders and tablets. One.ofthe bottles was the fibroid, the other was for the ovarian cyst /infection. He asked me to hold on on the powder and tabs until he gives a go ahead. I started taking this thing on May 21st which was CD1-i even went offshore with it on the 6th of June. My next period was to be on the 18th of June, I didn't see anything-gave it two days still nothing and I didnt have a HPT on me. I had an OPK rather. I used the OPK and it came out positive(I have never had a positive OPK) On the 23rd of June, started purging that lasted till I was booked out of the rig on 27th of June on the grounds of food poisoning. When I got to town, i did a HPT, found out it was positive. I thought I was seeing double, I bought 2 more different brands, positive. I screamed in joy. At 8weeks, I went for scan, the fibroids were still there but no ovarian cyst and there was an active fetal pole.
Points to note:
1. I didnt have EWCM at all so I cannot even say when I ovulated.
2. I don't know if it was the herbs or the prayers my mum went for that they told her I would conceive before June ends that worked for me.
3. It doesn't matter your situation, when Gods says it's time, things will fall in place for you.

All I can say is I am grateful to God almighty. Despite the fibroids, baby is doing well and growing at the required rate and I know for sure that I will carry my baby to full term because I already dreamt about it.

Hello ladies

I used to be quite active in this group about 2 years ago but went quiet as I tried to take my mind off TTC matters.

To the glory of God, I now have a daughter born earlier this year. This morning, I have come to pray from the depth of my heart that God Almighty will fill your wombs even more than he filled mine. This joy that motherhood has given me, may you all experience it within the next 12 months. Before the end of this year, may you forget any pain your waiting period caused you just as I have forgotten mine. Amen and amen and amen

Hello About to conceive mums, it's been a while that I have been here. I use to be an about to conceive mums some few years back, but to the glory of God, my prayers have been answered, I just want to encourage us that God is about to change our story, no matter how long you might have been in this journey, the lord that made me a woman with multiple fibroid a mother of two lovely boys will also answer you speedily, please let us seek medical advice, I was diagnosed of five noodles of fibroid but during operation about 20 noodles of fibroid was removed, an after three months I got pregnant. Let us keep our hopes alive very soon the almighty God the greatest of all physician will answer us.

I don't know who needs to hear this but as I looked at my 10 weeks old son with a full heart tonight and remembered the journey, I felt compelled to make this post.

My journey comprised of 2 fibroid surgeries, 2 miscarriages, 1 premature rupture of the membrane, one 3rd trimester still birth.

May God bless you with the emotional and spiritual strength you and your partner need to wait upon the Lord so that you don't give up close to your time. May the Lord provide you as he did for me with medical practitioners that are skilled and have empathy and genuinely care. It might seem like nothing but I tell you, it makes a huge difference.

May the Lord keep fear and doubt away from you. May you always remember that children are our heritage from God.
