Lucy Vallender, 28, said she is finally being "true to herself" after becoming Britain's first transgender Muslim. Lucy – who used to be a TA private called Laurens – has become the second wife of a Muslim. She wed her online sweetheart without saying she used to be a man. Now she prays five times a day and wears a full burkha and spends hours deep in study of the Quran. The 5ft 10in ex-labourer from Cirencester said she always knew she was different but did not have her operation until three years ago. Am not even based in nigeria but i do visit and very grateful for the information i just read. Generally speaking you have to be careful when crossing the road anywhere in Nigeria. I remember crossing a zebra crossing just outside silverbirds in lagos and nearly being knocked down by an angry driver who i believe don't even know what a zebra crossing is 4 Likes |
