I had applied for Turkey scholarships 2016-2107 for PHD program. on June 3rd My Interview was conducted in Turkish Embassy Islamabad Pakistan. After my interview my Application status changed to "Pending Review" , it remained for about 24-27 days and after that from past few days it has changed to "Degerlendirme Bekliyor" which means "expects rating" as google translated it. I want to know that what does it exactly mean and how much chances are there to get successful in securing Scholarship? and what is next step after this ? today is 29th July and few people are suggesting that results will be announced in coming week.
