If you want to benchmark price, you would use the price of contractors in that field, NOT YOUR PERSONAL FEELINGS.

BTW: How much a Supervisor will charge will largely depend on the extent of the project.
A Bungalow Project's foundation to german floor, is not the same as that of a two stroey building Foundation to german floor.
Also, the nature of the soil of the place is a factor because foundation in a swamp is not the same as foundation in a highland / Red soil area.
Finally size of Project (land area covered by the foundation) is also a factor.

Despite all the above, the Supervisor is to stand around and make sure things are done properly. H is not the Builder naah?
200K maximum, irrespective of above factors, should be enough for supervision of blockwork to Lintel level.
100K for Block work (assuming 2weeks)
75K to 100Kmax for Lintel and Slab

Well if it's located within LAKOWE golf area, you need to be careful as some lands within that location were passed off to the public as lands having affiliation with LAKOWE golf estate.
However if you are interested I have land to sell inside LAKOWE Golf estate , Fair/garden view see attached link , willing to sell for N29.5M ,slightly negotiable

Hello Nairalanders, I am new on this platform and I need help with an estate called VIP gardens in Lakowe.

I am about to buy into the estate and will like to know if anyone has bought into the it "VIP gardens Lakowe" and how genuine / reliable the company "Pertinence limited"
