Sis, financial hardship has never stopped people from getting married and it won't stop prople from doing so in the future. The thing is after the fun and pagentr is over and growing financial responsibilities begin to pile. That's when people's eyes starts clearing.

Women have become so cheap!!! in those days, before a man can enjoy the goodies of a woman, they have to get it through marriage and that was why back then, men were eager to get married. But look at what we have today. Young teens are living couples live in the tetiarry institutions so what's there to look forward to? Sex is soo cheap to get.

Another factor is the moral decadence of our women. Even a wayward man desires to marry a morally upright woman. With all that is going on today in the society, in this age where 17yrs old are going for abortions, being used by ritualists (yahoo boys), damaging their woman hood with all types of drugs to prevent pregnancy during premarital sex, it takes the grace of God to get a woman who will be a blessing to your life as most are walking corpses. You marry them and you begin to experience downfall in your life.

Another factor is the greedy nature of most women.
Most women are not ready to build life from the scratch with young promising men. They are looking for those who are ready-made, they want men who are living the good life already. thereby making themselves to expensive to get.

Another factor is hardship on the side of the man. Most graduates who are at the age to settle down are unemployed. Most are just feeding from hand to mouth. So if they can't even feed themselves comfortably, how would it be for them adding extra mouths to feed?

Bros, even as a man, I feel you're been too one-sided.

There is decadence and greed among both MEN and women. It is not limited to women alone. I dare say that men are even more morally decadent.

Yàll listen while I talk from my childhood best friend`s experience way back in kano.

Dude was 21 say in 2010 and after high school started working at Bakers`s Delight located along sokoto road in kano state.

After a while, he confided in me, how that he did get along well with his female manager who was at the time 29. Not so long he told me that they had started hanging-out after work hours and she insisted on footing the bills (she squeezed it into his palms to pay) and all and even bought gifts for him. I asked him if they were already dating, he insisted they were just friends, however, he feels she had an emotional attachment to him and he did feel same too.

At 21, you would expect some youthful "highness" from my friend of which she never failed in lovingly correcting and advising him where necessary, and even covers p for him when he f***s up. Infact, she became his life-coach.

Long story cut short. They eventually started dating officially even against the will of family and friends, excluding me, because i had seen her and i liked her for him. Reason being that i was seeing alot maturity he started exuding and i did admire them. All thanks to her.

They eventually got married in 2012, and trust me in 2021, he still tells me she has never disrespected, looked down or used the age-difference against him. Infact after 12years of marraige, she still calls him "my Lord". She bought a car which he drives and even opened a succesful business for them. whats more to ask for?

Those he may never have gotten from a younger or same-aged-lady. Not with the slayers of this age.

Sir, I have a Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Lagos all since 2015. Since then, I haven't been able to find anyhting suitable to do. Na teaching jobs from homes to prvate schools left and right.

Please Sir, I intend to see the PA to my state senator (my Dad's childhood friend) on monday who has promised to take me to see my Senator who is very influential both in the house of assembly and in my state as well. The thing is, I don't know any parasatal that is recruiting now that may suit my qualifications Sir.

Please Sir, if ou could help me with useful info on any agency or parasatal for someone with a Bachelors' and Masters' degree in Pharmacology, I will be ver grateful SIr.

Also, any other individual with useful info here can PM me, My parents are even ready to buy if necessary. My Dad is retiring this year and I still haven't gotten anything. Its my time to take care of my parents and I can't even as the first child.
