Party sends delegates or committee to monitor elections in any states. They are mostly on ground in the situation room where they monitor election results and report back to the party. The situation room is situated in the state where election is taking place. Every party does that on election day. Peter Obi knows this but being a politician and opposition to Elrufai, he had to harass him to make the election easier for his own party.

Oh wow! You practically described my younger sis there. She always has a lot to say to me on the phone... I tactically have to end the calls sometimes after 15 to 20 minutes. Indeed, most females are social creatures, hence they honor celebrations, birthday parties and social bonding. These are the "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" kind of scenarios that differentiate us men from you women. That's what makes the world go round though. Life would be totally boring if we didn't have our differences in this physical world of duality. Hot or cold, male or female, light and darkness, etc.
