They must pay monthly fee for using the area and no illegal shop/extensions shall be erected by any individual or corporation other than the state, no one shall sell on the street under no circumstances, everyone shop or property that refuse to clean his premises or keep is property to code shall be demolished and reclaimed by lagos state government.
