Godwin88: . I was told by a lecturer that the non-academic staff members of federal polytechnics are also on strike.
I went to submit my credentials in unilag yesterday but I was told to return on the first week of August. Only the faculty of education has started collecting credentials 4rm DE aspirants.
The transcript should be sent in before the first admission list is released and should be followed up to ensure it is kept in the appropriate file.

I'm applying to study BUILDING, in the faculty of environmental sciences.

aurorae: @ferano,i think so.i think they take a direct entry exam.and u need to have a high cgpa(like 3.0).was it a poly. u finished from,was it and OND or HND u went for? i also heard that UNILAG only accepts direct entry for education,nt 4 sciences and art(this was last year).i think it best if u go to UNILAG and ask directly.bt if i have any info,will let u know.others will add more info

My cgpa is not a problem atall,got 4.55(distinction),i'm nce holder applying 4 biology/education. But my o'level is credit through out except my physics which is d7. Hope it doesnt matter?

gunners160: luk u dnt hv time on ur side sha u kan wait till on 12th of june may b dey wuld kall off d strike i had a similar kase durin my own time our result was delayed due 2 strike a frnd of mine told me 2 apply dat we shuld estimate our gp nd apply i told him no dat no result no adminssion e told me e knws sum1 in charge of adminssion @ uj dat all e nids is just a token of 20k i told him d man is a fraud sha my guy applied wit upper credit nd no result e got adminssion even wen our result came out e had lower but still it did nt affect d guy i had 2 wait 4 1 extra year at hm meanwhile d guy was already a student of uj. nw i am in 2 goin 2 3 nd e is plannin To graduate so learn 4rm my story no harm in trial it is beta 2 try nd fail dan nt tryin at all

It depends on d school he wants to apply,whether dey request 4 transcript b4 admission. Besides,school dat dont request 4 transcript b4 admission,demand 4 it b4 graduation. To b on a safer side,put ur real result 2 avoid had I know

I've done d processing but not sure whether my school have posted it which is my big fear. u should have started processing urs. oh! ASUP strike. we are not on strike shaa. it took me 6 wks to process mine. just pray 2 call off d strike o. About DE exam, no info.

Godwin88: . i submitted my credentials in JAMB office. JAMB will forward the credentials to UNILAG (as stated in the direct entry slip). I don't know if their is any deadline for the submission of transcripts, bt I intend to forward mine as soon as the ASUP strike is called off.

I submitted in jamb office too. It's compulsory u submit ur credentials in unilag. I submitted mine on April & others have started submitting.
