Must I use powdered Milk?

Not necessary. Any type of Milk can work. But when u are using liquid milk, ensure you don't add water to the Rice. That way, the Pudding won't be too watery. It taste better when it is thick.

It taste better this way. Cooking everything together will give it a taste of hot tea mixed with rice. But I allowed the Rice to cool before adding milk and sugar. That gives it a natural taste. Like Cornflaske or Golden moarn.

Try it, you will love it.

You can use either fried Groundnut or normal one. But the fried Groundnut is better. Cause the oil processing is easier.

Okay.
As for me, I am not a fan of Cat Fish. The last time I ate Cat Fish was over 10 years now. I prefer Isiewu, Suya or Peppered Meat.

Palm Wine is a natural Wine. It is made from Palm Trees. The quality, taste and the alcoholic content of any Palm Wine, depends on the specie of the Palm Tree that produced it.

There are varieties and species of Palm Trees. However, every specie can produce Palm Wine.

Palm wine is nutritionally important because it is an excellent source of probiotics, nicotinic acid, thiamin, vitamin C, protein and riboflavin. It contains sugar, protein, carbohydrate, amino acid, Vitamin C, yeast, potassium zinc, magnesium, iron, vitamins B3 and B6.

Palm Wine is medicinal. It is used for treatment of Chicken Pox and some other skin deseases. It also contains some percentage of alcoholic.
