What is a crime in telling a government to sit up and stop looking the otherway when a particular part of a country is constantly been massacred deliberately in a genocidal style . It's just quiet unfortunate that things are happening this way. For a more efficient water system, government needs to privatize that axis under the ministry of water resources like it is done in Italy and so. This will put a stop to stealing of materials meant for purifying the accessible water in that axis.
