Also I’ll be booking an Airbnb for 2 days awaiting my result before going to stay with a relative. Am I filling my Airbnb address or relatives address on the form.

Please do well not to book a co-shared flight. That is a flight where you’ll be changing airline at a stop. Book a one stop flight or a flight that same airline will carry you through out your trip.
