Probably to confirm if what you have is indeed an original Infinix. I have a friend using the same Infinix smart 3plus with the same ram/storage config. and he has never complained of any form of lag. It's a nice device.

Now to your phone's problem, if I get you correctly you are saying everything about the phone lags even down to task as simple as using the fingerprint . I'll suggest the following:

1. First ensure that you have a genuine Infinix smart 3 plus.
2. Did you install any update? Or are you currently rooted? If not, I'd advise that you do a thorough backup and do a factory reset.
3. Visit Carlcare to have them check it out for you. (Not necessary though as this might just be solved by the factory reset.)
