Hello everyone,I'm seeking advice regarding a situation with my husband's admission to a Canadian school last August. We applied for visas, which were granted. However, as a dependent, I have a visitor's visa and was informed that I could flagpole upon arrival before the new law. My husband is set to resume his studies in May this year. I'm wondering if it's still possible to change my visitor's visa to an open work permit upon arrival before September 1st. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
