We just went through this a couple of weeks ago. I didn't administer anything aside from the injection she was given in the hospital and the ORS I was told by the doctor to be giving to her. According to the Doctor, if there is no fever the usually allow the vomiting to run it course they just give injection/drugs to atleast help reduce it so the baby don't choke on the vomit especially while sleeping.

People say is because a tooth/teeth is about to sprout hence the vomiting and stooling. In our case, it happened because, four more teeth have just broken out.

If there is no fever continue giving the ORS it helps the child gain back what they lose when vomiting/stooling and also helps give them strength but if there's fever you should take her back to the hospital so they can run some test.

Ps: my baby's own lasted for almost a week.
