1 Over a million card carrying APC members
2 Low voter apathy
3 APC disbursed loads of cash for vote buying, currently 1-5k is being disbursed in okota and locations in Lagos.
4 Some compromised ad-hoc members
5 Following outcome of the last election, PDP strongholds have being marked and infiltrated with new voters .
6 Very poor campaign by PDP Lagos.

Congratulations to PMB, Lagos and Osun state results were inflated to favour APC, I don't know much about other geo political zones.
