I have applied for the payment of my late mom pension benefits at Stanbic Pension Manager and I was asked to submit LOA ,Death Certificate and Others documents which I did.
I have submitted all the necessary documents 3 months now but IBTC pension refuse to pay claiming The Death Certificate verification is still ongoing.
They told me LOA has been verified but Death certificate is yet to be verified. This is 3 months that they have been telling that. I'm frustrated cos how can LOA been verified but Death certificate which I used to get LOA cannot be verified?
I need help
