Nearly 80 percent of Hausa and Fulani women can read and write fluently in Arabic Language.

Subject: NEW RESUMPTION DATE FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER OF 2015/2016 ACADEMIC SESSION

I am directed to inform all cadets, students and the entire Academy community that the resumption date for the second semester of 2015/2016 academic session which was slated for 1st May, 2016 has now been shifted backward as follows:

SECOND SEMESTER 2015/2016 SESSION:

New Resumption Date: Sunday, 17th April, 2016

Commencement of
Registration: Monday, 18th April, 2016

Commencement of
Lectures: Wednesday, 20th April, 2016

All cadets and students are expected to report at the Academy on the date mentioned above as late resumption will not be tolerated.

Also, please note that any cadet/student who fails to meet the 75% attendance will not be allowed to take examination.

Meanwhile Management wishes to regret the inconvenience caused you by this sudden change.

Please be informed that there's requirement for Cadets/Students to pay tuition fees.

Each Cadets/students must login to the portal and print out a payment slip.

Steps to follow:
1. Logon to www.macademyoron.org/portal/students
2. Enter your Registration/Matric Number and man2014 as password for returnees.
3. Click on fees
4. Click on print payment slip, select the semester and level they're paying for. This creates a book on hold and allows them to print the payment
5. Approach to the teller at the bank with this payment slip which has their payment booking ref.

There are two methods of form purchase:

 Bank Payment

Online Payment
The application form can be purchased online by clicking on the Online Payment Option on the registration portal www.macademyoron.org

Requirements:
1) Use either: Mastercard, Verve or Visa Card
(Note that the card must be pre-funded for a successful transaction)
2) Enter basic information to proceed to the payment page.
NB: An additional charge of =N=300 will be applied to the transaction.

Procedure:
o Visit: macademyoron.org , on the LOG IN PAGE click on the button BELOW that is labeled: “Click here to Pay Online”
o Fill in the form then click the “Proceed” button to proceed to payment page
o Upon successful payment, click on the “Print” button to print your online receipt.
o Read the “Registration Procedure” below to continue.

Bank Payment
The Applicant should proceed to any of the following banks for purchase of application form.

• Registration

o There are four parts of the form that need to be filled duly, namely:
 Passport
 Personal Data
 Referee/Sponsor
 History

o Visit the Academy’s website: macademyoron.org and click on the Application Form link OR use the direct link: macademyoron.org

o Log in with Payment Pin on your receipt (This is a 16 Character Alphanumeric pin i.e. 123456789012ABCD). The default password is “man2015” which can be changed after login.

o After successful login, upload your passport; fill in the form correctly and save the form.
NB: Do not click on the submit checkbox until you are ready to submit the form.

o After filling the form successfully, you can submit the form by scrolling to the bottom of the page, check the submit checkbox and then click save.
o Print out your receipt by clicking on “Print Receipt” under the Payments Menu

• Screening
o You will receive an invitation for screening via Email and SMS.
o The Screening date will also be made available on the website, so we recommend that you check our website: macademyoron.org frequently for updates.
