How is it done? Will the notification of the outcome still be on Vula? Because I uploaded on Vula dropbox.

To everyone having issues with student visa delay. Kindly contact your respective international office of your schools and ask them for intervention. In my own case, the embassy has contacted my school for some months now and international office has refused to confirm my studentship. They were claiming they didnt see my profile on their system not considering those that did manual application.

Well, we are still on it and I am believing God that everything will work out fine soon.

From the information I got there, it's opened for all PhD program. I was able to create account but it's not going beyond the personal information page.
When did you do/start your application?

One more thing, do not be tempted to include multiple work experiences less than 2 years( this doesn't speak well of your person) - they almost got me there.

About half of it is all I need to start my business.

I'm based in IJEBU, so I want to be buying bags of garri from villages here and then take to Lagos to sell.
I've got people in Lagos already that are already ready and waiting to buy from me for reselling.
I plan to start with like 15bags every other day.
On each bag I get nothing less than #2000 profit.

I'll advice you appeal this decision, you supposed be graded as NQF level8.
Last year when I got my decision, I was evaluated as NQF level 7( pre-2009),but I appealed as my proposed supervisor insisted I needed to have NQF level8, which was later corrected and they even apologized for inconveniences they caused.

Most 5years courses (at least science courses I know of)
Should be evaluated as NQF level 8.


Well, I later messaged them and I was told its because my qualification is a B. Tech which is not in their new system. That's why they used the old system to do the evaluation.
