Well maybe not. Verdasco blew his chance, double fault serving for the match.

Cilic has his tails and wings up!

We are going into a 5th and final set.
SportsRe: Australia Open 2019 Thread by FBS: 1:33pm On Jan 18, 2019

Great interview by Nadal.

Now here comes one of my favorites Keber. Those Quads. My goodness. Some serious femoris muscle. Boy! No be small thing. Amazing. Probably doing squats every other day.

Anyways....this finished before it even started. 58 mins.

Birrell vs Keber

1-6 0-6

Happy Birthday Angie.

Game over.

The crowd is energized and active. Love it.

Alex take a bow son. You pushed Nadal in the last game and we appreciate that. Wow wow wow. A future star in the making.

Why is Nadal adjusting his underwear every second. And what imaginary hair is he pulling back from his forehead?

Feel sorry for this kid. Nadal is too much for him
I said earlier that he is playing just for the experience and a crowd favorite but has no prayer against Nadal.
But he is trying . Just 19 years of age. I'd say future is bright if he continues this way.
Nadal though is brutal.

to you, you're not the only one in the world plain and simple
There was a reason why the issue was raised some years ago. It's a decibel not fit for human hearing. A freaking chainsaw noise. Wot! Besides, I never said I am but I'm pretty certain more than a million and many more will agree that it's an irritating noise. I make no apologies and none is required.

no it wasn't easy he broke Djokovic multiple times, that's poor as per Novak's standard i hope he becomes solid as the competition progress
Jo-Wilfred was making the same errors all through, busy playing Novak's game. A little more effort and we could have had a more serious tie.
Maybe due of the injuries he battled with?
SportsRe: Australia Open 2019 Thread by FBS: 2:42pm On Jan 17, 2019
Tsonga fall my hand.

Pure class from Milos....the 4 set he was too fit...that's why he was hitting the ball with so much pace which left stan the man gabbing for breath...

David goffin vs copil Marius is getting interesting
I disagree. It was closer than that, tiebreak after tiebreak. Could have gone either way. Milos though yeah, looks fit and ready to go. No sme sme.

Its a loan deal.

Higuain will join Chelsea on an initial six-month loan deal, which could then be extended by an extra year provided he meets unspecified goals and appearances targets.
