I see in the spreadsheet Raphinha but the age cap is 25 years.

If above 25 years is allowed, Raphinha is my pick for La Liga.

cap is 25. Players like Halaand and Mbappe should not be on there. It will be fair that way imo

Nah, leave the penalty at 15 or 20 sef. It's much more difficult to score a pen than to win a pen. I mean a pen scored is a goal nah and goals win games. The pressure of taking and scoring pens shouldn't be underestimated. Leave it at that.

This is supposed to be simple, fun yet challenging. It's all about recognising the up and coming talents. Not stat-padding like someone mentioned.
This is not the FPL, no spending caps etc.
Pick 5 young players that you think will do well. Easy.

Y[b]es, that’s exactly what I said yesterday, there should be a system that stops people from stacking too many star players in their team[/b]. For example, players like Palmer, Haaland, Yamal, Gykeres, Kane, Salah, Mbappe etc ,should be placed in one premium category, where you are only allowed to pick a maximum of one player from that group.
This would create a level playing field for everyone, and Secondly,we need to ensure that, there are no identical selections. For instance, I know Popizaino won the last challenge, and I might be tempted to copy his players so I can win too, but with this rule, if someone picks exactly the same players as another person, the second who submitted his players last, will have to reselect.😅😂😂

Those wey wan copy copy will certainly do so but this is not just about "winning" per say, it's more about how invested are you in a player? Do you believe in their talent and abilities? Remember it's the STARBOY show!

Kai, this one na another dimension and also makes sense.

I was going to run a simple website/app with user registration, automated results and scoring formula feeding via OpenFootball API (and some other paid services) but its taking longer that I would like plus feeding data for ALL players from across top 5 leagues will just bloat the DB.

So lets start with a Spreasheet, get the players and users in. Much easier to manager data for a selected few.
