If anything at all, he's the one manager who's playing to everyone's strength. He's only doing so with a very different tactical approach.

The only person who looked uncomfortable in their role is Ugochukwu. Everyone else looked comfortable. The only issue was tactical and positional familiarity.

When everyone's familiar with where their other team mates are supposed to be standing in every phase of play, it'll be easier.
