Back to business.

1. 46 mins of pass and move football. Lovely.
2. Diego omo Mr. Costa. washere.
3. We all love to slap Mikel but he is the best in the shielding-the-ball business. Matic should learn from that.
4. E be like say JT don take over the own-goal business from Essien. WTF!
5. Sule was just useless. Me thinks, he is better coming off the bench.
6. Eden Hazard - extra special.

All things said, 3 points in the bag but above all consistency is the key.

Say Citeh (EPL) next?

I think it's not just the back 4. Those boys in the middle, though fast on the ball, but very slow without it.
And that high line? Goodness. It was like they were all on the opponents half.

True, they should have won but defending like that is asking for trouble which duly arrived. Besides, they could have also lost the match If no be for that silly boy trying to maragege.

sephia: I agree fully with this. It's so funny when the opposition fans keep chanting, "Mourihno, you're not that special again".

All he does these days is to stand at the touchline staring. What happened to the JM with the pen and paper? Imagine losing to the bottom placed team twice, even on home soil.

It's laughable when someone said on this thread that JM will come in this season and win the league easily since Sir Alex is out of the picture. It will be a miracle if we are amongst the first 3.

It's now looking like JM only succeeds when he has the cheque book. Even poor Rafa managed to achieve something with these same crop of players.
did rafa win the euopa cup mid season? undecided or need we mention his failure at the CWF?
Season aint over yet folks are already crying. fans sha cheesy

Its good to know that JM dey give some people sleepless nights.
We've heard how he is a student and cannot beat his so called teacher - eventually he took that same teacher to the cleaners. oh ha! grin

To be strong defensively as we were during his first stint does not mean parking the bus and in any case, those who say Chelsea play boring football are obviously not Chelsea supporters so its very easy to understand them. cheesy

Beat L'ahrse on Monday and it will be all smiles again. This I know.

GustavoFring: Agreed to all except the bolded.

I dont think Mourinho has anything else in his locker, No ace up his sleeve, no joker in his pack.

I think his methods are still stuck in 08/09 while the rest of the footballing world has moved on.

I suspect he has been severely spoiled by years of having Ronaldo performing heroics in his squad and has forgotten how to think like a tactician.

Nothing would please me better than being proven wrong, but I doubt that it will happen.

Na we we still bruv... grin

Kashimawo naa
Yes he seems lost and the football we are currently playing (aside 4 matches or so) is uninspiring and pattern-less, a fact nobody can hide and it all obviously boils down to the team (manager plus players). Nonetheless, I think he has a trick or two left. This is JM.

While I will agree that Spain dealt a major blow on his mind/brain - I will kindly disagree that he fully depended on Ronado to perform heroics for him. Even if that was the case, the team was built round Ronado and he certainly had Ozil. Two factors you cannot overlook.

At the moment we have no one to build the team around, heck we dont even know our first 11 cos most of them are blowing hot and cold.

I will say it again, winning anything this season will be nothing but a bonus. As for me, I'm already tuned to next season. grin

GustavoFring: So you fit talk all this one too?

Oya why do you want the manager to fail? grin
so you sabi laugh too? grin all the igbo don clear for your head abi? Wey you just dey "jabo" anyhow? cheesy grin

Jokes apart grin, I made the same statement months ago and and its crystal clear that the current method aint working not just for the manager but for the players as well.

No, I don't want him to fail - and difference between your statement(s) and mine is that I'm allowing space for improvement and the knowledge that he/they can turn this around something I doubt you believe in. tongue cheesy
As nateevs said, the man should go out there and get the players he needs - the ones we don't need, let them go. Do you agree?

Anyways, na we we, Chelsea folks no suppose dey fight internally. grin grin grin

na today? I will say what I said earlier in the season JM should lay off those Happy pills and make use of the Special ones. They work better. cheesy

but norin spoil, we move on. Its a work in progress though I'd personally prefer we play '04-'05 style. With guts and steel.
