Believe you me, I have no idea.

And now that Ivanovic bagged a yellow card yesterday meaning he will likely miss the clash against Villa. The question is, who will play the CB position along side JT? PF?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans Thread : Winners of the FA Cup And League Winners 09/10 by FBS: 1:23pm On Dec 30, 2010
Mikel is injured and that was why he was subbed at half-time against L'Arse.
Ramirez tried yesterday, but just like the whole team only in the last 30 mins or so.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (R.I.P Bawomolo). by FBS: 12:37pm On Dec 30, 2010
HNIC:
It was used in a context.
The team put out yesterday was good enough to beat Wigan.
It was a stone cold penalty and it even allowed Fabregas to tweet about consistent refereeing pointing out his(Fab's) folly in using his hand to block a  freekick
Let's say we scored the penalty. . . .all of these won't even appear on this thread today
OK, let say it was "awarded" and you scored it, you "might" have won - sounds like - oh yeah, we "almost" did.
But again that you were awarded a penalty does not mean you were going to score it. FACT!
Besides, it will be wrong to say the team was good enough to beat Wigan. . .cos the fact is that they didn't and couldn't even with 10 men. Pronto.

PS: I gat ya point, just pulling ya legs.  cheesy
As per the red card. . what will happen to Charles Nzogbia? 3 match ban?

Huge relief.O boy,e no easy.Anyone(blue-blooded) who expected us to score 5 goals in this current miserable run needs to be examined.3 big points won and hopefully we can begin to find that all-conquering momentum we started with. . . . .but what an amazing pass by lampard to set up DD.
You see am too? Suddenly they expect a team that has just 3 wins in 10 matches to score 5 just like that.

That pass from Lamps no get photocopy. Simply fantastic.

Hehehe . . . we both know you're on a bad form till Ancelotti gets fired, so let's not act like your 1-0 win is like sum massive comeback.
hehehe. . .if you consider its our first win in like 2 months. Believe me, its a MASSIVE thing. Anyone will tell you that.
How market on your side? How consistent is L'Arse?
DD did a lot.

holding possession is neva his thing. the moment he receives a pass, it bounces back ASAP. it affects us a lot.

we can do Bosingwa a favor by offloading him. wat d'u think?
He received a pass and created a goal. What else is there to do?
Then I wonder what you will say about Nic then? cheesy
Anyways, remember Bosingwa is just getting back. It's not that easy. Offload him? replacement nko?

I'm glad we won.
I'm even drinking to celebrate.

However, the second half wasn't exactly fantastic play.
Yes we improved but still not anywhere near our usual standard.

The game could have been a draw, i mean we didn't exactly outclass Bolton.
Thank God sha, the spell is broken.
Yeah maybe not THAT fantastic, if you consider our standard but then you will agree that there was an improvement. I think the goal was the key.
That said, Bolton had 1 or 2 chances in the second half. Close to none in the first.
We had only 1 in the first but created several in the second. They linked up well. Essien - Lamps -DD - Cole (and sometimes Malouda). It was a different Chelsea if you consider the last 5 matches or so. Especially against L'Arse.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Vs Bolton On Wednesday, 29th Dec; 8.45pm by FBS: 11:09pm On Dec 29, 2010
Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti: "The first half was very difficult, we didn't play so well and there was a lot of weight on our shoulders. In the second half we were much better and played with more confidence, and after two games in two days we must say that the players did very well."
Malouda(prior to d goal) and Bosingwa were d worst performers.

Drogba? SMH
I admit Malouda was playing rubbish. The whole team was playing nonsense prior to the goal. It sparked them into their senses.

Wetin DD do? had an assist, defended, cleared off the line and had a chance - cannoned off the post. What else do you want him to do?

See as una dey hail dem.
I must have been watching a different game.

We struggled and didn't play so well.
Good enough we have the 3 points.
Chelsea of old would have won this game with about 5 goals.

Thank God United and Gaynners dropped points.
Just maybe there is a flicker of hope.
Come off it Diva. They played rubbish in the first half. We all saw and said that but the last 30 mins was different.
They played like their lives depended on it. They created 4 good chances alone - could have been 5-0.
We had none (bar the goal) against Arsenal. That's an improvement. Don't expect a 100% turnaround just like that.
Don't tell me you didn't see any difference between this match and 2 days ago?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans Thread : Winners of the FA Cup And League Winners 09/10 by FBS: 10:54pm On Dec 29, 2010
A terrific 30 mins of amazing football full of passion, desire and above all - 3 points!

We saw a different Chelsea. The goal evidently sparked them into life.

Essien 10! HE OWNED THE MIDFIELD. INFACT THE WHOLE PLAY AND FIELD SELF!
Lamps 8 - Orchestrated some amazing football. A dynamic pass to DD. na post save bolton.
Ramirez 7 (he did try today in the second half. He ran for the whole 45 mins)
Bose -6 getting back to his best, just maybe.
Cole - 9 Still the best left back there is. He was awesome in the second half.
Malouda - 7,5 Got the goal. Not back to his best.
DD - 8,5 - Unlucky not to get on the score sheet but he was everywhere - Frontline, backline, midfield. He cleared off the line. Created the assist for the goal.
Terry, Ivanovic - 8 Not a bad pairing afterall.
Nic - 5. I don't think he did much though. Good movement off the ball.
Cech - 10 OUSTANDING! Snuffed out all the threats. Made a World CLASS save.
