In the US and the West, there is a system in place so that makes it easier. You have students going to school and paid stipends. Does that happen in Nigeria?
In Sweden tuition is free and well, yes, we all know it is one of the most expensive countries.
If you cannot proffer practical solution , then zip it.
You have also forgotten that parents are meant to be paying the bills whereas in the US and West, a student can actually be working and paying his fees.
In Naija, you see kids hawking and selling all sort of stuffs for the family to survive not to even talk of university fees.
Don't let us even go into the quality of education. Why should a student pay 180k for nothing?
A complete overhaul of the education system is needed. Right from the primary schools up to the Unis.
But raising the fees is no practical solution.
