Going by the results he produced so far, he is not the best coach Chelsea has had since 1905, however the 2 can still work together to produce a great season. But if LPS feel DD is not needed, then let him ship him out. That is is LPS is not sacked first.

PS: Raul is another of my favorite players and he has produced fantastically for both club and country. He is a legend. No one gave up on him. No mistake he is a captain of RM. Na easy thing.

FYI, no one is worshiping nobody. Don't get it twisted. What I said was that he needs our support and if you cannot do that, carry your pillow and go to bed. Not that scolari is any better but nateevs is here busy preaching protective theory. That we should be patient with him. Some guys are even going as far as blaming JM for Chelseas trouble now. Nateevs has been calling for Drogba's head even before the so called 'incidents'. I remember him clearly saying Drogba cannot play under Scolari's system, so why is this being made out to simply be bad behaviour by DD?

Vidic got sent off in the world club finals, is anyone demonising him? Chelski fans are very myopic - you're demonising Drogba for your loss yet it was Terry who missed the decisive kick, or did Drogs tie his laces that day?  

Like Akola has said, Drogba's mishebaviour is a telling sign that Scolari doesn't have control of his dressing room.

Gallas overstepped his bounds and got stripped of the captaincy and benched. Beckham and even Ronaldo have misbehaved and been punished by Fergie.

DD was unruly when AG first took over, but afterwards, AG got out excellent results from the player. It is the JOB of the coach to get the best out of his players - what has Benitez ( you meant LPS ) done to motivate and drive DD to want to achieve big things at Chelsea? He brought in a 'head doctor' - that one should be sacked first and foremost for failing.

A coach who can't inspire or get quality out of a player (as other coaches did before him) needs to look at himself. Calling for DD's head is a cop out - he delivered for JM and AG, why not for LPS?

The onus is on the coach to bring quality from his players - we know DD has it, it's up to Scolari to bring it out.
