INVESTMENT
Well, trading has proven to work every Bitcoin owner, involving zero risk; but some of its flaws is that it takes a period of time for you to make good profit and also it relies solely on the hopes that Bitcoin value appreciates and to a satisfactory amount.

Investing your Bitcoins is one of the fastest way to utilize your btc maximally and still enjoy the trade for cash effect.

There are different platforms where one can invest his Bitcoin, but the problem is not finding them. The problem is finding a genuine one.

Bitcoin like we have learnt is a digital currency. So everything you do with it has to be on-line

Right now as it stands, the only true business one can do with Bitcoin is either networking ( which 100% guaranteed) or invest on a weekly/ monthly basis platform ( for high investors)

I will be explaining both of them and also platforms that renders the services in the evening.

Don't worry I will do my best not to fail this time around!!.. cheers

TRADING
for ease, I divided trading into two;
- Trading Bitcoin for cash
- Trading Bitcoin for property

TRADING BITCOIN FOR CASH

This method is very simple and promises zero risk for up to 10, 20, 30 to 100% profit depending on the amount of period you store up your Bitcoin and the rise in market value.

Let's say you buy a bit coin today for N400k. by February it may sell for N600k. that is 50% profit.
this is quite a huge profit for a short period of time with zero risk involved.

The good thing about this type of trading is that no risk is involved at all. you get your Bitcoins, store it in your wallet and hopes the price increases.

TRADING BITCOIN FOR PROPERTY

In this type of trade, nothing special happens.
Here, you use your Bitcoin as though it is a normal cash. you use Bitcoin for purchasing properties such as land, cars and any property, so long as you and the seller agrees to an amount of btc.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BITCOIN TO ENSURE MAXIMUM PROFIT

No doubt, even in the mist of our curiosity of understanding cryptocurrency and how they work; knowing how to gain from this system tops the list of the reason why we are reading this thread.

Everyday, Naira, our Precious currency keeps losing the battle against dollar. It's value keeps depreciating.
While this may be bad for majority of us, some people THAT LIVE IN NIGERIA pray that it remains this way, if not get worse.

Well, let's see if Bitcoin can get us to that side of the world.
Below are ways to utilize and earn more from Bitcoin;
- Mining
- Trading
- Investment

MINING

Mining has proven to be the easiest to earn Bitcoins on atleast monthly basis. Even though it may sound easy, alot of work is put in place to become a miner of Bitcoin.
Mining requires you to have some heavy hardwares, steady internet and electricity which is hard to come by in Nigeria.

I do not know much about mining so I won't bore you with it.

FRACTIONS OF BITCOIN

One will ask ; " so I have to raise close to N400k in this recession before I can own a Bitcoin?"

well, this is not so. you can own a fractions of Bitcoin with as little as N10k, 20k and any amount you have.

Bitcoin, like Kobo in Naira, can be broken down into fractions (0.01, 0.02, 0.1 etc). This is known as satoshi of Bitcoin.

So you do not necessarily have to wait till you get N400k to own a Bitcoin because the more you wait, the more the price keeps hiking...

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BITCOIN FOR MAXIMUM RETURNS

Now I have a Bitcoin or satoshi,
what will I do with it?
How do I manage it??

I will explain this in the next class, from the least, to the most profiting ways to manage your coins.

if you have any question please drop them
do not forget to drop comments so I'll know those that are following...
Thanks and Cheers!!

Have a great week ahead

WHERE AND HOW TO KEEP THE BITCOIN SAFELY.

I talked about getting a wallet initially. Bitcoin like we've learnt is not a physical currency, therefore, we need to make a reserve for them even before we get them.

You can think of this wallet as a bank account; depending on the security measures you desire, there are different wallets that provide different security measure.

Blockchain and BitX have proven to be one of the world's most trusted E-wallet for btc when it comes to security and being user friendly. they have met international standards and this is the wallet I make use of.

You are free to make use of any other wallet, but I recommend that you make use of blockchain and BitX.

I will leave the link where you can register and get your own wallet

for BITX: https://www.bitx.co/wallet/

https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/home for blockchain

(B). LAYING YOUR HAND ON BITCOIN

From my previous post, I believe all of us got the concept of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general.
if not, you can drop your question on the comment box and you'll be answered.
________________________________________________________________________________________________

Today, we are going to find out ;
1) How to get the Bitcoin: Trading carefully
2) Where and how to keep them safely.
3) Fractions of Bitcoin
4) and lastly, how to manage your Bitcoin for maximum returns.

HOW TO GET BITCOINS

First, you need to get yourself a wallet then getting Bitcoin should not be a task for you.
you can easily get a Bitcoin by buying from someone that already has!...

There are thousands of traders that are ready to sell off their btc.
But in every business, their are scammers and fraudsters waiting to get away with your money.

As consumer's adoption of btc continues to rise, Increased cases of fraud of btc continues to emerge.
Owing to the fact that one cannot reverse btc transaction and also the central authority has no control over btc; the btc is a popular means of theft and fraud

-- The best way to trade carefully is by getting a trusted trader, I'm sure there are some of them here on Nairaland. then you stick with them.

(2). HOW DID CRYPTOCURRENCY COME ABOUT?

Satoshi Nakamoto was the first to invent Bitcoins, which is the first and still most important cryptocurrency. Ever since then varieties of cryptocurrencies have been introduced; the likes of the billion coin(TBC) , Zcash, lite coin etc...

For the sake of our lesson, we will be making the use of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is designated as BTC, so when I write BTC know that I'm referring to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin was created in 2008, and introduced in January 3 , 2009.
At the time of introduction, it was sold for 1btc/$0.005.

A guy named Koch bought $27 worth of btc at that time, that is 5000btc and forgot about it.

In 2013, btc gained it's popularity and ever since it's price have been on the rise.
Today, 18 December, 2016 the current price is $791 that is N380, 000

Imagine the guy that purchased 5000btc then, if he sells them now he is making up to N1.9billion ....

(A) ***UNDERSTANDING CRYPTOCURRENCY***

Cryptocurrency is a medium of exchange like a normal currency such as USD, Naira etc. but it has some special features that makes it outstanding..

Today, Cryptocurrency is not something new to an average Nigerian. Banks, Government and many companies are aware of its importance and many have started accepting cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange.

But amidst the noise and publications, most people fail to even understand the basic concept
What is cryptocurrency?

How did it come about??

How can it change my life in this current economic condition

________________________________________________________________________________________________

(1) WHAT IS CRYPTOCURRENCY?
Simply, cryptocurrency is an encrypted decentralized digital currency...

What do I mean by decentralized?
This is the first feature that makes this currency special; most of our traditional currency in circulation is controlled by the government and so there creation can be regulated by a third-party.
Cryptocurrency's creation and transactions are open source and rely on peer-to-peer networks
This means that the government have no control over cryptocurrency

The second feature that makes this cryptocurrency special is the fact that it is digital; this means that unlike our traditional currency, naira that you can see and touch, the cryptocurrency is virtual and no physical object exist to represent it.

Thirdly, The cryptocurrency is open source, meaning that if you have the knowledge and full equipped , you can use and join the network for free, even in creation of the cryptocurrencies

*```Bitcoins, The billion coin, Zcash```* ... one way or the other we hear about these coins.

Some of us have been opportune to learn about them, while most of us are like me some months ago; confused and know basically nothing about these coins and how they work.

Mark Twain once said; " Plan for the future because that is where you are going to spend the rest of your life".

It was predicted that by *2020 1 Bitcoin will be valued for $1000. This prediction maybe totally wrong, this is because as I am writing this message, 1 Bitcoin goes for $791*
This Implies that by 2020 it will by far surpass $1000...
and *only* those that have the fore sight of an entrepreneur will be the next-generation of millionaires!!!
