On Dec 8 2016 the Intelligence Community had determined Russia didn't affect the elections.The PDB was withdrawn because Trump as president elect would have seen it. It has never been published.
On Dec 9, Obama ordered Brennan,Comey and Clapper to redo a new IC Assessment showing Putin helped Trump win.
To buttress this new fake redrafted ICA over their objections ,Obama on Dec 29 expelled 35 Russian diplomats obviously with Comey's knowledge. He gave them 72 hours to leave. They knew Kislyak the Russian Ambassador would call Flynn,which he did and they recorded the calls and texts.
On Jan 4 2017 Obama held a meeting and then a seemingly sane Joe Biden suggested they charge Flynn under the Logan Act ( Had never been used before).
On January 6 ,the redrafted fake ICA was released, a 100% Obama effort. James Clapper testimony to Congress May 8 2017 "The two dozen or so analysts for this assessment were hand-picked, seasoned experts from each of the contributing agencies, and it’s important to note, I think, that this assessment was tasked by President Obama. We didn’t initiate this on our own. It was something he asked us to do, and I think it’s important to point out that we delivered on his request."
This was a lie about the drafters ,they disagreed but Brennan overruled then inserting unverified Igor Dancheko and others who gave hearsay testimony, in other words lied to entrench Russia collusion.

Meanwhile Flynn was railroaded like never before . To frame him Sally Yates ,Acting Attorney General, and Mary McCord, Assistant Acting AG , DOJ National Security Division went to see the WH counsel on Jan 26 & 27 under Trump to warn him of Flynn misleading statement about his conversation with Kislyak.
Flynn had briefed Mike Pence on Jan 15 2017. Pence would later turn around in true traitor form to say Flynn had misled him on Feb 14.

Meanwhile Comey sent Agents Strzok and Pientka to ambush Flynn on Jan 24,2017. Flynn was without his lawyer so it was the FBI notes to determine if he lied to them or not. He didn't,initial notes showed he didn't and it's known he knew they had the transcript of his calls .No way you lie to someone who has a transcript of your call

While all this was happening Comey went to brief Trump about the Russian dossier ,then leaked the meeting, Buzzfield published the pee dossier ,and Trump looked like a Russian stooge thanks to Hillary,Obama , Comey, Brennan and Clapper sedition.

With traitor Pence comments in Feb 14 2017 instead of protecting Flynn ,he was forced to resign.

Obama had already settled well in his DC residence then probably smoking weed and laughing hysterically at how Hhs efforts to railroad Trump were going forward .

Much water under the bridge after that. Mueller blackmailed Flynn to plead guilty.. iIll write another long one another day

I never said Giuliani didn't pay. I said probably. In the first cases these were cases brought on to silence him. Ruby Moss and Shane her daughter were on footage running ballots multiple times. He couldn't prove they were triple counting because he wasn't there. There is a pending case SEB Complaint 2023-025. where Fulton
County has been refusing to hand over the ballots and their corresponding envelopes for 4 years todate. This matter has been referred to DOJ for enforcement, they are defying a judge.

Regarding Dominion I also doubt Giuliani paid them a dime. There are good chances their rigging machines will be analyzed and found with serious security defects, whether it's because they were running a Window 2008 server for 2020 elections, an antivirus last updated 3 -4 years ago,whether they have on board GSM modems ,etc . Actually a forensic analysis that got Tina Peters jailed found so many flaws in their system.
You wouldn't know that from MSNBC and NYTimes.
