They dont ask because you dont do face tobface interview, likely you will seat for an exam in the embassy, to test your writting skills since you are going for study. The questions will be based on the documents from school you submitted to them, you must pay for your first year studies before you will get approval that is for sure.
All you need is your bank statement, investment certificate, school acceptance and fees payment, application form,1 passport photo, intl passport and business or employer I.D.
Legalize your school document at the minister of foreign affairs and minister of education. You don't need to legalize at the embassy.
You need to take the legalization faster because it takes 2 weeks for fast track. I have sure plug but the man na werey but he dey deliver. You can as well source for your own plug for the legalization.

No. It has been incredibly frustrating and after this, I swear I am never ever applying to Italy again. I pray I never have any reason to go to Italy for anything ever again for the rest of my life. And if I do, I'd just rather apply to France (the French are not as sluggish as the Italians) or better still, just buy a second passport that does not require me to apply for visas from these Schengen countries.
