spotit: ^^don't humour yourself by twisting the meaning of my comment. it was meant to be ANOMALISTIC even though animalistic still does it justice. substitute BEASTLY/PERVERTED for animalistic. fåggots want the world to believe they're on a higher tether of human behavioural/intellectual evolution... then why be ridiculously deviant and suicidal? homosexuals, born by heterosexuals want to either stay as gay singles or partners and adopt the offspring of heterosexual humans/animals to add meaning to their confused lives. to me, this is selfishness on a whole new....transcendental level!! I don't understand how you see it as selfish. What's wrong with adopting and providing a child with a family that loves them? And if it's anomalistic to one's views shouldn't it make it more interesting to understand why they are that way? |

spotit: ^^ rubbish.. every animal that's been reported to exhibit homosexuality is more correctly a bisexual animal. homosexuality is just an animalistic instinct Are you saying that homosexuality deprives from animals since you say it relates to animalistic instinct? |

wiegraf: It doesn't look inappropriate to me. Simply treating a revolting bigot the way he deserves to be treated, but that's just me.
If anything were going to be banned it would be the post, not your thread. Just report it using the 'report' button below it and if a mod deems it inappropriate he'll take action.
That said, if your thread is eventually hidden, and it likely will, it would simply be as a result of it being about LBGT. In fact, many other similar threads have already been deleted. Apparently, it's now illegal to even mention the term LBGT. I don't know about you but I think that's a GARGANTUAN problem. So, whatever organization you work for, I hope they can at least appreciate that we all deserve basic rights regardless of what the majority might think. I hope they set out to protect minorities from the tyranny of the masses and don't use the excuse of 'culture' to turn a blind eye. If they do, then the results of that poll are useless. ie unless you intend to use them to figure out just how much work is needed to educate our innumerable sheeple.
I filled it regardless, but I hope that wasn't a waste of time. Thanks for voicing your opinions. It's terrible that the law has gone that far and they are indeed not seeing the big picture of how this affects it's LGBT citizens. Although I'm not forcing on anyone that they must support it. I just believe that everyone deserves their human rights. They are treating these people so cruelly just for not having the same views. What if I were to compare it to being Christian and being Muslim. Let's say it was now against the law to have the views of Christianity. Would it not be the same type of un-justice? It's simply forcing one's views down the others throat and forcing them to swallow. |

SmellMyFart: Felicia01, I would like to know your opinion on this. Are you in support or against same sex marriage? I'm just open to people voicing their opinions and being themselves. I don't feel anyone should be forced to believe in what they do not truly believe in their heart. There's nothing wrong with anyone voicing their opinions. I mean everyone is different and there's so much one can learn from another person. I feel that a person's sexuality shouldn't be based on how you treat a person. No matter what religion or belief they are. Everyone should get a fair chance to voice who they truly are. Just because a person has different views than one's self doesn't mean that they should be treated like trash or like they are insignificant in this world. Because one should always think about if the tables were turned and they were being treated like the outsider. I'm not saying that anyone should have to support it and I'm not saying that they will understand it. What I'm saying is, say what you honestly believe in your heart then let them speak too. If you don't have the same views that fine, but that doesn't mean you have to be friends/enemies with that person and/or curse them. From the moment one realizes that their views are different and they can't grasp an understanding of that person's views or come to an agreement of some sort. Then that's when they should part their ways and go on living there lives. Not harass or try to ruin that person's life. |

davien: homosexuality is perfectly natural and perfectly present in Nigerian cultures too.....that-is before our culture was replaced by foreigners... Do you think westerners enforced this type of behavior onto this country? |

wiegraf: Sorry ohhhhh. Abeg. Please, accept this as an apology. Even though I never instigated anything per say. I mean, you called me gay first, no? And you consider gay being offensive (for some mysterious reason), no? HEY! Please don't post inappropriate things. I really don't want this to be banned. Thanks! |

itstpia1: just here to see if the thread made front page yet.
not going to ask why its in religion section. I put it in the religion section because I found that most people I've had open conversations with have claimed to agree with the law because of religion. I've put it here to hear the different opinions of everyone. |

paulGrundy: ARE YOU GAY?
Anyway a correction center will help them drop their dirty habit. If you must know, I am straight. But I don't think that matters to answer my questions. What do you think will happen in a correction center to make them change what they feel? |
Christianity Etc › Re: What's Your Opinion On Gay Rights In Nigeria? by felicia01(op): 10:45pm On Oct 07, 2014 |
paulGrundy: 14years is too small they should also be rounded up and sent to a correction centre for 5years extra. When you say they should be sent to a corrective centre for 5 years + do you think that the extra time will correct the way they are? Or what is your intent when you say that? |
Christianity Etc › Re: What's Your Opinion On Gay Rights In Nigeria? by felicia01(op): 10:42pm On Oct 07, 2014 |
Orunto: Please don't be confused. The law in Nigeria makes it illegal to even talk about. Don't stress your nerves further otherwise you might incriminate fellow Nairalanders. No one here is saying anything that would be a felony of Nigerian laws. This is all just a friendly conversation of everyone's views. No one here is forced to say I believe in this or I support that. |
Christianity Etc › Re: What's Your Opinion On Gay Rights In Nigeria? by felicia01(op): 10:38pm On Oct 07, 2014 |
SmellMyFart: of course.
Lets be natural in this regards. Without artificial insemination which is what lesbian couples do to have a child, do you think having intercourse with your fellow woman can bring forth offsprings? When we think of the world today how many things are truly naturally made. What do you think about a man and woman who can not naturally reproduce their offspring and will require artificial insemination? Sometimes from another male. |

SmellMyFart: Ok. Probably the western lifestyle has gotten the better of you.
I can't speak for Nigerians in general. My personal reason for tagging this practise as "abominable" is because the Bible condemns it, Nature condemns it and Science isn't an exception.
Do you think you'd be here to ask this question if your dad never married ya mum? I see where your views are coming from. When you say nature condemns it, are you saying this because only man and woman can produce offspring with today's current studies? |
Christianity Etc › Re: What's Your Opinion On Gay Rights In Nigeria? by felicia01(op): 9:58pm On Oct 07, 2014 |
Orunto: This article is illegal. You will be arrested in England for illegal post like this. Please stop it. The people you are talking about have no right in Nigeria. What article is illegal? I'm confused. Also why do they have no right? Please explain for me. |
