It depends on the fruit. From my own understanding too much fruit is not good.

I make the fruit salads myself but the stress and demand for more of it got to me. So I told him to buy 2 of those big bottles of cashew nuts. I decided to substitute the fruit salad with cashew nut and yoghurt.
