Its working for my asha 206 phone which already have pre-installed nokia notification app, d new 2go v 3.7 is amazing givin me notification about any message even when i'm offline, to get the new 2go just upgrade ur current 2go version by going to the app in ur nokia phone, but don't yet open it, select option by the left soft key nd then select upgrade version, it will automatically instal d latest version for u which is 2go v 3.7...
