Ask questions & make indepth research within your Workstation you will see the clear truth that the 57k is just Basic not total pay package. Though noone seems to be trully sure of the total sum but Allowances for over time alone is about #20,000 for EROs . So what is stated in your appointment letter is a test of your faith,believe you me your total pay package is six digit. Do do your work deligently ,don't be discourage is well!
